Registered Nurse – ICU

About the role

The ICU Registered Nurse will deliver patient‑centred, evidence‑based care within Mediclinic Parkview Hospital’s intensive care unit. Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, you will ensure high‑quality clinical outcomes while adhering to UAE regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients in accordance with clinical standards and legislation.
• Identify, prevent, and manage patient safety risks following hospital risk policies.
• Promote positive patient experiences by maintaining a supportive and safe environment.
• Mentor and coach junior staff and nursing students, fostering a learning culture.
• Collaborate with physicians and allied health professionals to develop and implement care plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Minimum three years of recent ICU experience, preferably with CRRT exposure.
• Prior experience in the UAE or GCC region.
• Basic Arabic language proficiency.

Required skills

• Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT) experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
