Registered Nurse – VIP Homecare for Premium Clients

About the role

Al-Futtaim Group is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join its exclusive Home Healthcare team in Dubai. You will provide one‑to‑one, patient‑focused nursing care to high‑net‑worth individuals in private residences and luxury hotels, ensuring the highest standards of clinical excellence and personalized service.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver individualized nursing care in home and hotel settings.
• Support patients with chronic conditions, mobility challenges, and geriatric needs.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Coordinate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care.
• Accompany patients to medical appointments when required.
• Provide emotional support and build trusted, long‑term relationships.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid DHA license.
• Minimum 2–3 years of clinical experience in hospital or home‑health settings.
• Experience with geriatric, long‑term, or VIP/private patient care is preferred.
• Professional appearance, strong interpersonal skills, and confidence in client‑facing environments.
• Discreet, respectful, and culturally aware.
• Fluent in English.
