Relationship Manager

About the role

The Relationship Manager will drive the growth of our corporate insurance portfolio across the UAE. You will act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, promoting a comprehensive suite of insurance solutions and ensuring a high level of service.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell a wide range of insurance products to corporate clients, including non‑motor, employee benefits, and motor fleet coverage.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the customer base and achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Analyse market trends to identify new business opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and uphold the highest standards of customer service.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance sales within the UAE market.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and capable of working independently.
• Knowledge of general insurance products is an advantage.
