Reservations Agent – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Reservations Agent to join the Reservations Team at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab, a new luxury lifestyle destination in Dubai. The role involves representing the Jumeirah brand, promoting its portfolio, and delivering exceptional service to guests and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Represent and champion the Jumeirah brand by displaying all Hallmarks and promoting business values.
• Proactively promote all Jumeirah properties and services, upselling where appropriate to meet revenue objectives.
• Achieve targets for revenue, quality, customer service standards and productivity set by Jumeirah.
• Meet minimum standards for external reservation audits (LQA, Forbes, IFH call standards).
• Handle and resolve customer and partner queries and escalations via telephone, email and chat within agreed response times.
• Maintain the integrity and accuracy of the Jumeirah customer database following company standards.

Required profile

• Experience in hospitality or a similar customer‑service role.
• College degree.
• Effective communication skills (email, telephone, listening, writing, verbal).
• Lead by example.
• Team player who collaborates positively with colleagues.
