About the role
We are looking for a Reservations Assistant to manage flight, hotel, tour and holiday package bookings for our clients in Dubai. The role involves delivering accurate reservations and exceptional customer service through phone, email and chat.
Key responsibilities
- Handle reservations for flights, hotels, tours and holiday packages using travel booking platforms.
- Provide prompt and professional assistance to clients via phone, email and chat, addressing inquiries and special requests.
- Prepare itineraries, tickets and travel documents while ensuring compliance with airline, hotel and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with sales, operations and suppliers to confirm bookings, update availability and share booking trends and client feedback.
Required profile
- Open to Tagalog speakers.
- Minimum 2‑3 years experience as a reservation agent in travel and tourism, preferably outbound tour operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional interaction with clients and suppliers.
Required skills
- Proficiency in travel booking systems.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
