Sales Consultant – Fitness & Gym Memberships

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, target‑driven Sales Consultant who is passionate about fitness and excels at customer engagement. You will be the front‑line ambassador for our gym, turning prospects into long‑term members and helping them achieve their health goals.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell gym memberships and fitness packages to potential customers.
• Generate leads through walk‑ins, referrals, and outbound sales activities.
• Conduct client consultations, explaining membership benefits and pricing plans.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction.
• Follow up on inquiries and convert prospects into active members.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support promotional campaigns and events.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience.
• Preferably background in gym membership or fitness sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Target‑oriented with a strong track record of closing sales.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, customer‑facing environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
• Strong presentation abilities.
