About the role

CHANEL is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead a team of Fashion Advisors at its flagship boutique in Dubai Mall. The role combines strong leadership, a passion for fashion, and a results‑driven mindset to deliver an exceptional client experience and drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate a team of Fashion Advisors to achieve commercial targets.
• Ensure the team understands and implements CHANEL’s brand strategy and boutique procedures.
• Collaborate with the Deputy Boutique Manager on business strategy, inventory management and visual merchandising.
• Monitor sales performance, conduct quantitative analyses and propose action plans to improve results.
• Assist in buying collections while respecting budget and brand guidelines.
• Maintain high standards of client experience and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in luxury or high‑end fashion retail.
• Strong stylistic sensitivity and deep knowledge of fashion trends.
• Excellent communication and coaching abilities.
• Business‑oriented mindset with solid commercial acumen.
