About the role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Lead to drive our pharmaceutical sales operations in Dubai. The successful candidate will lead a dynamic sales team, develop strategic plans and expand our customer base across the UAE market.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement a strategic sales plan to grow the company’s presence and customer base.
- Lead, coach and manage the sales team to achieve growth targets and meet sales objectives.
- Build and maintain long‑lasting relationships with customers by understanding their needs.
- Participate in realistic forecasting, develop plans and allocate resources to ensure target achievement.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a pharmaceutical or medical field.
- Minimum three years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector, preferably OTC/Consumer Healthcare in the UAE.
- Native Hindi speaker.
- Strong problem‑solving, leadership and decision‑making abilities.
- Available for face‑to‑face interviews in Dubai.
