Sales Training Specialist – Real Estate

About the role

Binghatti is seeking a Sales Training Specialist to design, coordinate and deliver sales training programs that strengthen frontline capabilities and reinforce brand standards across its real‑estate portfolio. Reporting to the Manager – Sales Training, you will work closely with sales, HR and marketing teams to ensure consistent, high‑quality learning experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate onboarding and ongoing sales training sessions focused on customer interaction, product knowledge and sales excellence.
• Manage training logistics, attendance tracking, material preparation and post‑session feedback.
• Develop and customize training presentations, manuals and e‑learning content aligned with Binghatti’s sales philosophy.
• Track participation, assessment results and employee progress; provide insights to refine programs.
• Coordinate with internal trainers, guest facilitators and external partners to align training with operational needs.
• Maintain accurate training records, certification logs and prepare regular activity reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of experience in sales training or a similar learning‑and‑development role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
• Strong leadership in developing and executing sales training programs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
