Senior Change & Communications Consultant – Enterprise Transformation

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Change & Communications Consultant to lead enterprise transformation programmes across the UAE, with a focus on Abu Dhabi. The role involves shaping communication strategies and managing change adoption for large-scale digital and organisational initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute change and communication plans for ERP, Oracle, SAP, Salesforce and CRM transformation projects.
• Engage senior stakeholders and executive leadership to ensure alignment and support.
• Assess change impact, drive adoption, and monitor engagement across shared services and operating model changes.
• Support education and organisational transformation initiatives across multiple sectors.
• Provide expert guidance in enterprise-wide business change and digital transformation programmes.

Required profile

• Proven stakeholder engagement capability at senior and executive levels.
• Extensive experience in enterprise transformation and change management.
• Background in consulting or large-programme environments.
• Ability to operate autonomously with senior stakeholders.
