Senior DevSecOps Engineer

About the role

Presight, a leading big‑data and GenAI analytics company, is looking for a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to embed security into its DevOps pipelines and cloud infrastructure. You will design, build and maintain secure CI/CD workflows, ensuring that security controls are automated, effective and aligned with rapid delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and manage security scanning (SAST, DAST, IaC, dependency, secret, container) in GitLab and GitHub pipelines.
• Design, deploy and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines and reusable templates across GitLab (Enterprise & Community) and GitHub.
• Integrate security tools such as Fortify, Trivy, ZAP and Tenable into the build and release process.
• Develop Infrastructure‑as‑Code security configurations for scalable cloud environments.
• Analyze existing pipelines, embed shift‑left security controls and optimise performance to minimise latency.
• Validate findings, reduce false positives, and manage vulnerability exceptions with full audit traceability.
• Create and maintain security posture dashboards, reporting on vulnerabilities, remediation trends and pipeline efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams to prototype AI‑driven security integrations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, AI, Mathematics or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in DevOps engineering or security engineering.
• Strong expertise in cloud infrastructure, CI/CD platforms and software development.
