Senior Graphic Designer – Marketing

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join Madinat Jumeirah, a luxury resort brand under Jumeirah, to create compelling visual assets across a range of channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop ATL and BTL creative assets for print, digital, social, video, HTML5 banners, newsletters and LED screens.
• Adapt master artwork for multiple platforms, languages and formats while maintaining brand consistency.
• Create digital and motion content, including video editing, animated banners and basic motion graphics.
• Manage photography, image sourcing, colour proofing, premium material selection and maintain an organized artwork archive.
• Present concepts to stakeholders, coordinate with suppliers, share brand guidelines and secure approvals for timely delivery.
• Uphold high design standards through effective file management, process improvement and awareness of industry trends.

Required profile

• Degree or professional qualification in Marketing, Advertising, Media or Design.
• 2–3 years of luxury graphic or multimedia design experience.
• 1–2 years in a digital or agency environment.
• Strong Adobe Creative Suite proficiency.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Experience in photography, videography and Microsoft Office.
• Solid understanding of design principles and luxury design across OOH, print, digital, web, email and UX/UI.
• Creative, detail‑focused and aligned with Jumeirah Aspire values.
