Senior Influencer Sales Manager

About the role

iCubesWire is seeking a Senior Influencer Sales Manager to lead revenue‑generating influencer campaigns for brands and agencies across the GCC region. Based in Dubai, you will work on‑site in a fast‑paced, data‑driven environment, building long‑term partnerships and delivering measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, pitch, and close high‑value influencer‑led marketing deals.
• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline and conduct client presentations.
• Negotiate commercial terms and ensure contracts align with company objectives.
• Collaborate with influencer marketing, account management, operations, and analytics teams to design customized campaign solutions.
• Monitor campaign performance, extract market insights, and provide strategic recommendations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in influencer, media, or digital advertising sales, preferably in a performance‑driven environment.
• Strong client relationship management skills, including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing.
• Deep understanding of influencer ecosystems and social platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Snapchat.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to analyse campaign metrics and translate insights into client value.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills; regional language proficiency is a plus.
• Ability to work on‑site in Dubai and manage multiple priorities in a target‑oriented setting.
• Prior experience and network in GCC/MENA markets is highly desirable.
