Senior Manager – Offensive Cybersecurity (AI & Continuous Validation)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Manager to lead Offensive Cybersecurity for our banking clients in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on continuous security validation across cloud, AI/ML, and model supply‑chain environments, ensuring that threat coverage aligns with approved matrices and remediation meets strict SLAs.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and scale continuous security validation using AWS Security Agent or equivalent for cloud, AI workloads, and model supply‑chain components.
• Own a 7‑day threat‑intel SLA, ingesting MITRE ATLAS and OWASP LLM Top 10 feeds and translating them into automated test suites.
• Aggregate, deduplicate, and manage findings through DefectDojo, enforcing severity‑based MTTR gates before redeployment.
• Run autonomous red‑team tools (AWS Security Agent, Horizon3) and AI‑specific red‑team tools (Garik, PyRIT, Claude Security, Opus 4.x, Codex).
• Maintain clear 1LoD/2LoD/3LoD boundaries, performing control validation within the approved scope.
• Drive the shift from periodic manual pentests to automated, continuous validation integrated into CI/CD pipelines.

Required profile

• Significant experience in the banking or financial services sector.
• Proven track record operating continuous security validation in regulated environments.
• Deep understanding of 1LoD/2LoD/3LoD models and threat‑coverage matrices.
