Senior Product Manager

About the role

Base93 is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the development and lifecycle of its integrated business formation and compliance platform. Based in Dubai, you will shape product strategy, drive roadmap execution and ensure successful market adoption across multiple countries.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision and strategy aligned with global expansion goals.
• Own and prioritize the product roadmap and backlog, balancing market needs and technical feasibility.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing and compliance teams to deliver features on time.
• Analyse market trends, customer feedback and data to inform product decisions.
• Lead product launches and monitor adoption metrics in international markets.
• Coordinate with external partners and stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance and seamless integration.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product lifecycle management, roadmap creation and backlog prioritisation.
• Strong analytical abilities for market research, data analysis and reporting.
• Demonstrated success working with cross‑functional engineering, design and marketing teams.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Understanding of corporate compliance, international business formation or SaaS environments is a plus.
• Experience leading agile teams and familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science or a related field.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented and highly organised.
