SHEQ Advisor

About the role

The SHEQ Advisor will join Mammoet’s safety team in Dubai, supporting a wide range of heavy‑lifting and transport projects. You will help maintain the highest health, safety, environment and quality standards for employees, contractors and customers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Promote a positive SHE‑Q culture across all operations.
• Ensure compliance with Mammoet, contractual and legal SHE‑Q requirements.
• Maintain industry‑leading SHE‑Q standards at facilities and work sites.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders across diverse project scopes.
• Coach teams and reinforce strong SHE‑Q practices.
• Assess safety of job‑site and workplace activities.
• Conduct and oversee safety inspections and training sessions.

Required profile

• University degree in a relevant discipline.
• Diploma or certification in Health, Safety & Environment and Quality.
• Expert knowledge of SHE‑Q regulations.
• Strong understanding of heavy lifting and transport equipment.
• Minimum six years of relevant field experience.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
