Store Manager – Retail (Dubai Mall)

About the role

As the Store Manager for a Toys R Us location in Dubai Mall, you will act as the business owner on the floor, driving sales, profitability and an exceptional customer experience. You will lead a team, ensure operational excellence, and develop talent to meet the brand’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Own store performance across sales, conversion, payroll and shrink, implementing commercial strategies to close gaps.
• Maintain tight operational control of stock, systems and standards, ensuring loss‑prevention and compliance.
• Hire, coach and retain a high‑performing team, fostering selling skills, product knowledge and accountability.
• Deliver a high‑energy, customer‑first environment, engaging on the floor, supporting sales and overseeing visual merchandising.

Required profile

• High school education or equivalent (preferred).
• 1–2 years experience as a Store Manager with a proven results record.
• Demonstrated ability to build and develop high‑performing teams.
• Strong command of business English, both written and verbal.
• Solid numeracy and literacy skills.
