Strategy Consultant – Financial Services (Senior, Manager, Senior Manager)

About the role

Our client, a leading consulting firm, is expanding its Financial Services Strategy practice across the GCC. The team is building a strong techno‑functional capability to support banks, insurers, fintechs and other financial institutions on strategic, digital and technology‑enabled transformation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver corporate strategy, operating model and transformation engagements for financial services clients.
• Support technology strategy and digital transformation initiatives across banking, fintech and broader financial services institutions.
• Conduct strategic assessments, market analysis and develop business cases.
• Design transformation roadmaps aligned with client business and technology objectives.
• Work closely with senior client stakeholders to provide strategic recommendations and implementation support.
• Lead project workstreams, manage day‑to‑day delivery and mentor junior consultants.
• Support business development activities, including proposals, presentations and client pitches.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional consulting and technology teams on regional projects.

Required profile

• Relevant experience for the targeted level (Senior Consultant: 2‑4 years; Manager: 5 years; Senior Manager: 6‑8+ years) in strategy or financial services consulting.
• Demonstrated exposure to corporate, digital or technology‑enabled transformation projects within banking, insurance, fintech or related ecosystems.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management and presentation abilities.
• Experience delivering projects in the GCC or broader Middle East is preferred.
• Proven track record in business development and client relationship management for senior levels.
