Stretch Trainer / Therapist – Assisted Passive Stretching

About the role

Join Dr.stretch, the leading stretching studio in the UAE, as a Stretch Trainer/Therapist. You will deliver assisted passive stretching sessions to help clients improve flexibility, mobility, posture and overall well‑being. No prior stretch experience is required, but a passion for health, wellness and customer service is essential.

Key responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one assisted passive stretching services while maintaining a clean, professional environment.
• Assess clients’ physical abilities and limitations to select appropriate stretching techniques.
• Educate clients on the benefits of stretching and how to integrate it into daily routines.
• Develop personalized stretching plans based on client goals, circumstances and limitations.
• Monitor progress, keep accurate records and adjust plans as needed.
• Communicate actively with prospective and existing clients to build membership and brand loyalty.
• Ensure client safety by applying proper stretching methods and maintaining equipment.

Required profile

• No prior experience required; enthusiasm for health and fitness is a plus.
• Level 3 or higher personal training certificate and UAE REPs registration preferred.
• Experience as a physiotherapist is also preferred.
• Strong communication skills, energetic personality and a customer‑service mindset.
• Availability to attend a full training program starting mid‑August 2026.

Required skills

• Knowledge of human anatomy.
• Understanding of biomechanics.
