System Administrator

About the role

We are looking for an experienced System Administrator to join our Dubai office. The role is full‑time and on‑site, supporting the IT infrastructure of a leading real‑estate developer.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor servers, storage systems and network equipment.
• Configure, install and update hardware and software components.
• Implement and manage security protocols, backup solutions and data integrity measures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system and network issues promptly.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to assess and deploy technology solutions aligned with business objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Proven experience as a System Administrator, preferably within a real‑estate development or managed services environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Management of servers, networks and cloud‑based services.
• System configuration, hardware troubleshooting and software setup.
• Security protocol implementation, backup management and data integrity assurance.
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator or Cisco CCNA (preferred).
