Team Leader Menswear – Dubai Mall

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader for the Menswear department at a flagship store in Dubai Mall. You will lead a high‑performing sales team, drive commercial results, and ensure an exceptional customer experience for luxury clientele.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, coach and develop the team: set objectives, assess performance, provide on‑floor feedback and regular training.
• Motivate staff through individual recognition, sales results, and customer experience metrics.
• Maintain professional image and grooming standards in line with brand guidelines.
• Define sales strategy, achieve team and individual targets, and build lasting relationships with VIP and new customers.
• Oversee daily store operations, including stock management, CRM usage, and visual merchandising.
• Prepare accurate daily sales reports and organize staff rosters to ensure proper floor coverage.
• Stay updated on market trends and provide buying advice to the store manager.

Required profile

• Over 3 years of experience in luxury fashion retail, with a strong understanding of trends and market dynamics.
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role within the luxury sector.
• Proven ability to engage high‑net‑worth clients and drive loyalty.
• Polished, professional appearance that reflects brand standards.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and cultural awareness for a diverse clientele.
