Vice President Product Owner – GTB Channels

About the role

The Vice President Product Owner – GTB Channels will lead the development, commercialization and adoption of Mashreq’s corporate digital channels, including NEO CORP, Mobile App, Host‑to‑Host and SWIFTnet. Reporting to senior product leadership, the role works on‑shore to ensure rapid decision‑making and close collaboration with product, technology, operations, compliance and client teams across markets.

Key responsibilities

• Own the channel enhancement backlog and define road‑maps for digital channel evolution.
• Gather and translate client and stakeholder requirements into use cases, user stories and Business Requirement Documents.
• Prioritize and manage delivery of new functionalities, ensuring timely rollout across regions.
• Collaborate with GTB Cash & Trade product teams, Customer Experience, technology and operations to align channel capabilities with business strategy.
• Support key client mandates and ensure compliance with regulatory and market‑specific requirements.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in Transaction Banking, Core Banking and payment infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of digital solutions for payments, collections and trade finance.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams and drive product delivery in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
