About the role

We are looking for a friendly and attentive Waiter/Waitress to join the service team at Zabeel House The Greens, a lifestyle hotel by Jumeirah. The role involves delivering high‑quality table and counter service to guests in a vibrant, design‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the link between the kitchen and the service area, ensuring smooth communication.
• Provide table and counter service for all menu items, including food, alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the food and beverage menu, including appropriate garnishes and stemware.
• Offer guests advice on food and drink selections and answer any related queries.
• Receive, store, and handle food and beverage items according to hotel standards.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of food and beverage offerings, including alcoholic drinks.
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine, honest approach to guest interactions.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Familiarity with table service, counter service and proper use of stemware.
