Warehouse Associate

About the role

The Warehouse Associate is essential to the smooth operation of BFL Group's distribution centre. You will handle inbound and outbound goods, maintain accurate inventory records, and ensure a safe, organised work environment. This role supports daily logistics workflows and contributes to the overall success of the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Scan, receive, and process incoming and outgoing items following established workflows and quality standards.
• Sort, label, and verify items accurately before storage or dispatch.
• Maintain precise records of stock movements and report any discrepancies immediately.
• Assist with periodic stock counts and follow proper inventory storage practices.
• Meet daily productivity targets set by supervisors while adhering to quality and operational standards.
• Follow all warehouse safety protocols, use proper handling techniques, and keep the workspace clean and hazard‑free.
• Comply with company policies, security procedures, and operational guidelines.

Required profile

• Minimum high school education or equivalent.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials safely.
• Willingness to work in a fast‑paced environment and rotate shifts as required.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Required skills

• Basic computer skills.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus.
