Zoho Developer – Dubai

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Zoho Developer to join our Dubai team. The role involves building, maintaining and enhancing applications across the Zoho One suite, working closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable, automated solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, test and optimise complex Deluge scripts and business logic within Zoho applications.
• Design and build custom solutions using Zoho Creator, including workflows, blueprints and approvals.
• Configure and customise Zoho One modules to meet departmental needs (Operations, Finance, HR, Compliance, Sales, Management).
• Create and maintain integrations with third‑party systems using REST APIs, webhooks and custom connectors.
• Gather requirements, translate them into technical user stories and produce documentation.
• Provide second‑ and third‑line support, troubleshoot issues and ensure quality through testing.
• Stay updated on new Zoho features and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience developing and supporting Zoho applications.
• Expert‑level knowledge of Deluge scripting and extensive experience with Zoho Creator.
• Strong understanding of the Zoho One platform and its various modules.
• Proven experience building integrations using APIs, webhooks and custom connectors.
• Solid SQL and data‑management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent English communication, both written and verbal.
• Experience leading Agile delivery, including backlog management and sprint planning.
