Missions principales

• Provide world-class customer service and act as the primary point of contact for all passengers.
• Ensure the safety and security of passengers and crew by strictly following all onboard procedures and emergency protocols.
• Manage inflight service delivery with professionalism, ensuring passenger comfort and satisfaction.
• Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere, adapting to the diverse needs of international travelers.
• Handle onboard administrative and operational tasks with precision and efficiency.

Profil recherché

• Minimum of one year of experience in hospitality or high-end customer service.
• Minimum height of 160 cm and ability to reach 212 cm on tiptoes for safety equipment access.
• No visible tattoos while in uniform (must not be coverable by makeup or bandages).
• High school diploma (Baccalauréat / Grade 12) required.
• Eligible to meet UAE employment visa requirements.

Competences requises

• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural team.
