About the role

We are looking for a Channel Sales Manager to lead and expand our IT hardware partner network across the UAE. Based in Abu Dhabi, you will own a defined market patch and drive revenue through reseller and distributor relationships.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with channel partners, resellers, and distributors across the UAE.
  • Drive sales performance through the channel to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Identify, onboard, and enable new channel partners to expand market reach.
  • Build joint go‑to‑market plans with partners, including pipeline development and deal registration.
  • Deliver product training, sales enablement, and ongoing partner support.
  • Monitor partner performance, forecast accuracy, and pipeline health.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and incentive programmes with partners.
  • Collaborate with marketing on co‑branded campaigns and partner‑led demand generation.
  • Stay close to market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs in the IT hardware space.
  • Represent the brand at industry events, partner meetings, and trade shows.

Required profile

  • 1–8 years of channel sales, partner management, or B2B sales experience.
  • Background in IT hardware and equipment (servers, networking, storage, end‑user computing).
  • Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Confident communicator able to build trust with partners at all levels.
  • Self‑starter with strong organisation and pipeline discipline.
  • Knowledge of the UAE IT distribution landscape is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent written and verbal English; Arabic is a plus.
