About the role
We are looking for a highly organized and detail‑oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our remote operations team. This entry‑level position offers structured guidance and training, allowing you to build a solid foundation in data management, administrative support, and workflow accuracy.
Key responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain data in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
- Review records for accuracy, completeness, and consistent formatting.
- Standardise entries, identify duplicates or errors, and flag unclear information.
- Maintain organised digital files and follow naming conventions.
- Support reporting by ensuring clean, reliable datasets.
- Track task progress, log daily activities, and prepare simple progress summaries.
- Escalate recurring data issues that indicate process gaps.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to follow defined processes and work independently.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage structured workflows.
- Entry‑level candidates are welcome; no extensive prior experience required.
