About the role
Recordati is seeking an Executive Assistant and Events Manager to support senior leadership across the MENA region. The role combines high‑level administrative assistance with the planning and execution of corporate meetings and events, ensuring smooth operations in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, arrange travel, and handle correspondence on behalf of senior managers.
- Prepare reports, expense claims, presentations, and confidential documents as required.
- Organise internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation, venue setup, technical arrangements, catering, and follow‑up actions.
- Take accurate minutes during meetings and distribute them promptly.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute company events such as conferences, seminars, workshops, and supplier meetings.
- Support office administration tasks, including procurement, inventory control, and vendor management.
- Assist HR or compliance functions with document management and logistical support when needed.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Officer, or Events Coordinator, preferably supporting senior leadership.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
