About the role
Join the Guest Service team at Le Méridien Dubai and help create memorable dining experiences for our guests. As an F&B Service Expert you will support the restaurant floor, ensuring smooth service, accurate orders, and a welcoming atmosphere, with a focus on Arabic‑speaking guests.
Key responsibilities
- Set and arrange tables, maintain clean work areas, and replenish supplies.
- Communicate guest orders to the kitchen and coordinate timing.
- Interact with guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and address any service requests.
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including cash handling and inventory checks.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
- No prior supervisory experience required.
- Arabic speaking ability preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lb unaided (50 lb with assistance) and work on varied surfaces.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Arabic language.
