F&B Steward

About the role

Join the Guest Service Support team at Le Méridien Dubai Hotel & Conference Centre as an F&B Steward. You will help create memorable dining experiences by ensuring the food‑and‑beverage areas are clean, well‑stocked, and ready for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and clear tables for restaurant, banquet and room service operations.
• Assist kitchen staff with basic tasks and replenish service stations.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, floors, and equipment according to hygiene standards.
• Restock supplies, linens, and glassware throughout shifts.
• Handle light lifting (up to 25 lb) and assist with heavier items when needed.
• Follow safety procedures and uphold uniform and appearance standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior experience required; previous food‑and‑beverage exposure is a plus.
• Ability to stand, walk and move on uneven or slippery surfaces for extended periods.
• Strong attention to safety, quality and professional presentation.
