Global Head of SAP Tax & Revenue Management

About the role

The Global Head of SAP Tax & Revenue Management (TRM) will lead Invenio’s worldwide SAP TRM practice, shaping strategy, driving growth and ensuring delivery excellence across five continents. Reporting to the Global Head of SAP Practice, this executive role combines portfolio leadership, client engagement and technical innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the global SAP TRM growth strategy, including market expansion, offering development and partner collaborations.
• Own the practice P&L, set revenue targets, optimise margins and manage resource utilisation.
• Lead enterprise‑level pursuits for public‑sector frameworks and national tax authorities, acting as project sponsor.
• Drive pipeline generation with marketing initiatives, thought leadership and RFP‑shaping workshops.
• Maintain C‑suite relationships with key clients, SAP leadership and strategic partners.
• Oversee deal governance, pricing strategy, commercial terms and negotiation.
• Ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery of large‑scale SAP TRM programmes, establishing governance, risk and quality controls.
• Champion delivery models such as Agile/Scaled‑Agile, data‑migration factories, test automation and DevSecOps.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in SAP consulting or tax & revenue management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a global practice with full P&L responsibility.
• Strong track record of building and sustaining C‑suite client relationships.
• Experience leading complex public‑sector transformation programmes.
• Strategic thinker with commercial acumen and a results‑driven mindset.
