About the role
We are looking for a Global Operations Officer to provide client administration services for our UAE‑based portfolio. Working under the Manager or Unit Head, you will ensure compliance with UAE regulations and Ocorian’s internal procedures.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to client queries daily, ensuring email replies within 24 hours.
- Prepare resolutions, minutes, board packs, AGM documents and corporate statutory filings.
- Draft and submit documents for bank account openings, visa applications, lease and licence renewals, and tax filings.
- Conduct risk screening and KYC reviews in line with group standards.
- File financial statements, VAT returns, and other regulatory submissions (ESR, AML, UBO, DIFC).
- Assist the Manager on ad‑hoc projects and coordinate with banks and authorities.
Required profile
- Ability to work under supervision of senior management.
- Familiarity with UAE corporate and tax regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
Required skills
- KYC and AML compliance procedures.
- VAT filing and refund processes.
- Corporate statutory filing (ESR, UBO, DIFC).
- Bank account opening documentation.
- Visa and dependent visa application preparation.
