Human Resources Manager – IT Solutions & Cybersecurity

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Human Resources Manager to support our fast‑growing cybersecurity business across the Middle East. You will be embedded within the Dubai team, managing the full employee lifecycle and acting as a trusted partner to line managers and senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for the Middle East, from briefing to offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and run structured hiring processes.
• Deliver a high‑quality onboarding experience for new hires.
• Manage HR administration including contracts, offer letters, employee files and HRIS data.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and regional employment legislation.
• Oversee visa and work‑permit processes in coordination with PRO/government relations.
• Act as first point of contact for employee relations, providing guidance and support.
• Support managers through performance management, PIPs and disciplinary procedures.
• Promote a culture of feedback, accountability and continuous development.

Required profile

• 5+ years of generalist HR experience, preferably in technology, distribution or fast‑growth environments.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law; GCC exposure is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end recruitment independently.
• Experience supporting regional or multi‑country teams.
• CIPD Level 5 or equivalent is desirable.
• Background in cybersecurity, IT distribution or technical sales is a plus.
