Logistics Executive

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Logistics Executive to join Noorka Logistics in Dubai. The successful candidate will coordinate transportation, manage shipments and support the supply chain to ensure smooth, timely deliveries in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate transportation and delivery schedules for all shipments.
• Monitor inventory levels and oversee the timely movement of materials.
• Liaise with suppliers, carriers and warehouse teams to confirm delivery details.
• Track shipments, maintain accurate logistics records and ensure proper documentation.
• Supervise storage and handling of goods within warehouse facilities.
• Prepare regular logistics reports and update operational databases.
• Resolve transportation delays and other logistics issues efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Support management in logistics planning and operational coordination.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in logistics, transportation or warehouse operations.
• Strong understanding of logistics and inventory management processes.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with logistics management software.
