About the role

A leading multinational manufacturing organization in Dubai is seeking a dynamic Manufacturing Manager to oversee large‑scale production operations and drive operational excellence across the business. The role demands a strategic leader with extensive multinational experience and a proven track record in optimizing production, quality, supply chain, and logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end manufacturing operations, ensuring productivity improvement and world‑class standards.
• Drive production efficiency, capacity utilization, cost optimisation and scalability.
• Oversee Production, Quality Assurance, Purchasing, Warehouse Operations, Logistics, Inventory Management and Supply‑Chain coordination.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, TPM and Kaizen initiatives.
• Develop and execute manufacturing strategies aligned with growth objectives and global benchmarks.
• Ensure robust quality management systems, regulatory compliance and safety standards.
• Partner with Procurement and Supply‑Chain teams to guarantee uninterrupted material flow.
• Lead automation, digitisation and smart operational improvements.
• Mentor and develop future operational leadership talent.

Required profile

• Degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 15 + years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience.
• Strong multinational exposure and ability to align operations with global standards.
• Proven capability to build high‑performance, accountable teams.
