Passenger Entertainment Publications Controller

About the role

The Passenger Entertainment Publications Controller will support the Passenger Entertainment & Communications Manager in creating and maintaining Emirates’ inflight publications and passenger communications. This role ensures that all content on the seat‑back IFE system, including movies, TV series, music, podcasts, shopping catalogues and Dubai tourism information, is accurate, up‑to‑date and aligned with brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate, update and promote content across all inflight publications, adhering to production schedules and brand guidelines.
• Incorporate Dubai tourism and event information into interactive IFE pages and keep seat‑back content refreshed.
• Maintain and update the EmiratesRED inflight shopping catalogue on the IFE platform.
• Collaborate with Corporate Communications to produce air‑show and route‑introduction materials.
• Write and publish internal cabin‑crew communications related to entertainment topics.
• Support the launch of new IFE products, media categories, system features and additional languages.
• Ensure all editorial and pictorial content meets corporate standards and is suitable for a multinational audience.
• Review inflight literature such as headphone bags, instructional cards and promotional material for accuracy and design suitability.

Required profile

• Proven experience in content coordination or publications management, preferably within aviation or entertainment.
• Strong editorial sense with attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with internal teams, external suppliers and cabin crew.
• Familiarity with inflight entertainment systems and retail content integration.
