Product Designer

About the role

Huspy is looking for a Product Designer to shape the look and feel of its proptech super‑app. You will own the end‑to‑end user experience, from concept through launch, and continuously improve features based on real‑world feedback.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end UX for web, mobile, dashboards and e‑commerce flows, ensuring a cohesive and intuitive experience.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering Managers and Product Managers to translate designs into accurate implementations.
• Conduct user research, competitive analysis and contextual studies to inform design decisions.
• Rapidly prototype, test and iterate concepts to validate ideas before development.
• Measure post‑launch impact through analytics and user feedback, proposing data‑driven improvements.
• Align design decisions with business goals and clearly communicate the value delivered.

Required profile

• 4+ years of UX/UI design experience on web, app, B2B and B2C products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating successful product launches (applications without a portfolio will not be considered).
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, set realistic expectations and meet deadlines.
