Project Manager – Abu Dhabi, UAE

About the role

Intero Integrity Services is seeking a Project Manager to lead inspection and industrial service projects in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role involves planning, coordinating and delivering projects safely, on time and within budget while meeting client specifications and company QHSE standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review project scope, contracts, customer specifications and commercial terms.
• Lead kick‑off meetings, prepare execution plans, schedules and resource allocations.
• Ensure method statements, risk assessments and QHSE documents are approved and submitted to clients.
• Manage project planning, manpower, equipment readiness, logistics and site mobilisation.
• Monitor progress, milestones, productivity, costs, risks and overall performance.
• Oversee subcontractors, suppliers and third‑party service providers.
• Control project budget, cost forecasts, variations and financial performance.
• Prepare and submit daily reports, inspection reports, timesheets and project documentation.
• Maintain client communication, provide technical clarifications and resolve issues.
• Compile project close‑out documents and conduct lessons‑learned reviews.

Required profile

• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Proven experience managing inspection or industrial service projects.
• Strong knowledge of QHSE standards and risk management.
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage client relationships.
