Publisher Developer

About the role

AdMedia is looking for a Publisher Developer to join our fast‑growing ad‑tech team in Dubai. You will be the primary liaison for digital publishers, driving revenue through CPA, CPL, CPM and programmatic formats while shaping the growth strategy across our business units.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand relationships with global digital publishers, acting as the key decision‑maker for all publisher‑related business.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets by creating and enforcing media plans.
• Collaborate with product and operations teams to develop new revenue streams and improve platform offerings.
• Track publisher performance, capture data in the CRM and produce dashboards for growth, retention and satisfaction.
• Represent AdMedia at industry events and build a feedback loop with marketing, operations and product teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in publisher development or account management within the digital advertising ecosystem.
• Strong understanding of CPA, CPL, CPM, CPI, CPR, CPV and programmatic buying models.
• Proven ability to negotiate, upsell and cross‑sell to existing publisher partners.
• Excellent analytical mindset with experience compiling performance metrics and monitoring industry trends.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for business modelling and deal simulations.
• Proficient PowerPoint for creating executive decks.
• Experience using a CRM system to manage contacts, accounts and revenue data.
