Real Estate Portfolio Management Manager

About the role

The Manager, Real Estate Portfolio Management will lead ADNOC’s corporate real‑estate portfolio valued at approximately AED 70 billion. This role oversees owned and leased assets across multiple geographies, ensuring optimal utilization, financial performance, and alignment with the group’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Govern all owned and leased properties, including lands, offices, retail spaces, social infrastructure, and non‑core industrial assets, to maximize utilization and yearly income.
• Coordinate with governmental authorities for land allocation, site plan issuance, and lease registration.
• Conduct periodic corporate demand assessments, portfolio planning, and future expansion analysis.
• Lead property valuations, benchmark studies, and rental rate competitiveness assessments.
• Manage financial administration, budgeting, and reporting of rental revenues, service charges, sinking funds, and utilities expenses.
• Oversee the life‑cycle review of properties and monitor sinking funds.
• Develop and execute portfolio strategy, strategic partnerships, and business‑development initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in corporate real‑estate portfolio management, preferably within large, diversified organizations.
• Strong understanding of real‑estate market dynamics, valuation methods, and leasing processes.
• Ability to interact with senior stakeholders, government entities, and external partners.
• Excellent analytical, financial, and reporting skills.
