Senior Executive - Tenant Relations

About the role

The Senior Executive – Tenant Relations will be responsible for building and maintaining strong professional relationships with retail tenants at Palm Jumeirah Mall. This role ensures tenant satisfaction, compliance with lease policies and safety standards, and smooth coordination across multiple internal departments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture professional relationships with all retail tenants, addressing their requirements and concerns.
• Lead tenant meetings, resolve issues, and escalate matters when necessary.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations, DHAM lease policies, housekeeping, safety, and security standards.
• Conduct routine inspections of tenant stores to ensure they are well‑presented, maintained, and safe.
• Escalate maintenance and safety issues raised by tenants to the appropriate teams for prompt resolution.
• Prepare reports on rent discount requests, early terminations, and special cases.
• Collect and manage tenant data such as sales figures, footfall, compliance documents, and permits.
• Coordinate with technical, finance, and marketing teams to support tenant modifications, billing issues, and promotional events.

• Proven experience in tenant relations or retail property management.
• Strong ability to communicate effectively with tenants and internal stakeholders.
• Detail‑oriented approach to compliance monitoring and documentation.
• Capability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize issues, and follow up on resolutions.
