About the role

Elysian is expanding its team of high‑performing brokers in Dubai. As a Senior Off‑Plan Advisor you will work with high‑net‑worth individuals and investors, guiding them through the city’s most prestigious off‑plan property opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Advise HNWIs and investors on luxury off‑plan developments in Dubai.
• Manage qualified buyer leads using a consultative, investment‑focused approach.
• Build and promote your personal brand through social media, networking and proactive outreach.
• Represent Elysian at exclusive developer launches, roadshows and VIP events.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of luxury projects and market trends.
• Negotiate and close high‑value transactions from start to finish.

Required profile

• Proven off‑plan sales experience in Dubai, preferably in the luxury segment.
• Self‑motivated broker seeking structured growth, mentorship and continuous development.
• Strong investment mindset with deep understanding of the local market.
• Professional, ambitious and performance‑driven attitude.
• RERA certification and a valid UAE driver’s licence.
