Senior Project Manager

About the role

Codefully, an AI automation and technology company based in Dubai, is looking for a Senior Project Manager to own end‑to‑end client delivery. You will be the main point of contact for clients, coordinate a distributed engineering team in India, and ensure projects ship on time, on spec, and without drama.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client relationships, providing updates, handling scope discussions, timelines, and issue resolution.
• Lead delivery across a distributed engineering team: sprint planning, stand‑ups, blockers, QA, and release coordination.
• Control scope by detecting creep early, flagging commercial impact, and protecting the team.
• Own delivery quality by reviewing deliverables before client hand‑over.
• Identify and drive upsell opportunities based on client needs.
• Surface risks early with actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• 5+ years in delivery, project or programme management within a technology services environment (agency, consultancy or outsourced development).
• Experience managing distributed engineering teams across time zones.
• Commercially sharp with the ability to discuss scope, timeline and budget trade‑offs.
• Confident communicator with senior stakeholders.
• Technically literate enough to understand engineering work and translate between technical and commercial language.
• Comfortable building processes from scratch in a fast‑moving company.
