Social Media Manager & Business Development Executive

About the role

White Hospitality Group is looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager who will also drive business development initiatives across its hospitality concepts. You will shape the brand’s digital presence while identifying new partnership opportunities to support growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Snapchat and other platforms.
• Create and schedule engaging content – photos, videos, reels, stories and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor trends, respond to audience interactions and produce monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Manage paid social campaigns, optimise ROI and coordinate with photographers, influencers and agencies.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, sponsorships and collaborations.
• Build relationships with corporate clients, hotels, tourism partners and event organisers.
• Support launch of new restaurant concepts, conduct market research and assist in achieving sales targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing or business development.
• Experience in the hospitality or F&B sector is highly preferred.
• Excellent English communication; Arabic is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects and hold a UAE driving licence (advantageous).
