Talent Attraction Manager

About the role

Emirates Group is seeking a Talent Attraction Manager to shape how a global organisation attracts, engages and inspires talent. Reporting to the strategic lead for Employer Branding and Talent Attraction, this role will operationalise attraction strategy and EVP activation across the Group.

Key responsibilities

• Translate workforce demand, hiring plans and market intelligence into clear, prioritised attraction plans.
• Develop quarterly and ad‑hoc attraction briefs for Corporate Communications, Marketing & Brand, grounded in data, EVP priorities and hiring needs.
• Embed the Emirates Group EVP consistently across the candidate journey, careers site, CRM, events and recruiter interactions.
• Support executive and employee advocacy frameworks to promote the employer brand.
• Adapt EVP messaging for priority talent segments, geographies and business units while maintaining consistency.
• Consolidate recruitment and external market insights to inform attraction planning and continuous improvement.
• Monitor attraction effectiveness, ensure follow‑up on activations and measure delivery against briefs.
• Collaborate with Recruitment, CRM, Partnerships and Corporate Communications to ensure coordinated, measurable impact.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent attraction, employer branding or recruitment marketing.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Leadership experience managing a small team and delivering high‑quality outcomes.
