About the role
We are looking for an energetic Tele Sales Executive to join our Dubai team. The position is ideal for recent graduates or early‑career professionals who want to start a career in sales, customer engagement and business development. You will work closely with the sales department to generate and qualify leads through outbound phone calls.
Key responsibilities
- Contact potential customers by phone to promote our IT services and solutions.
- Explain product features, benefits and offerings clearly and confidently.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospects to convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily and monthly call and sales targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely responses.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Required profile
- 0–2 years of experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
- Strong communication and persuasion abilities.
- Comfortable working in a target‑driven environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Required skills
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Familiarity with CRM tools.
