About the role
We are seeking a proactive Telesales Executive to join an accounting, tax and business consulting firm in Al Ain. The role focuses on generating new business opportunities within the UAE market and converting leads into client meetings.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and qualify prospective clients through outbound calls and other outreach methods.
- Generate leads and schedule introductory meetings for senior consultants.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospects and track progress against sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth hand‑over of qualified opportunities.
Required profile
- 2–3 years of telesales or sales experience within the UAE.
- Preferably background in accounting, tax, audit, business setup or consulting services.
- Target‑driven, self‑motivated and able to work independently.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities; Arabic language skills are a plus.
