Food & Beverage Supervisor (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

The Food & Beverage Supervisor will lead a team of service staff at Le Méridien Dubai Hotel & Conference Centre, ensuring seamless dining experiences for guests. This role combines operational oversight with hands‑on service, requiring strong leadership and a keen eye for detail.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate staff to deliver optimal service and meet guest needs.
• Inspect staff grooming, attire, and overall presentation, correcting any deficiencies.
• Perform opening and closing duties, including setup of supplies, equipment cleaning, and securing the venue.
• Maintain organized storage areas using FIFO principles and conduct regular inventories.
• Monitor dining room seating, service flow, safety, and guest wellbeing.
• Create and follow work orders for maintenance and repairs.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, performance evaluations, and employee coaching.
• Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and security protocols.
• Welcome guests professionally, anticipate service needs, and provide assistance to guests with disabilities.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in food & beverage operations.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
