Instock Associate – Vendor Support (UAE National)

About the role

Amazon’s Retail Instock team is looking for a motivated Instock Associate to support UAE‑national vendors on MENA stores. You will help vendors become self‑sufficient with Amazon tools, manage purchase orders, expand selection and resolve operational issues.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day assistance to vendors on Amazon platforms, including PO management, catalog content, and shipment coordination.
• Deliver on‑ground training to new vendors and guide them through tool usage.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and issues resolved.
• Identify and correct data errors, support selection expansion and process improvements.
• Lead or contribute to process‑improvement projects and participate in stakeholder meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with vendors and internal teams.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, macros, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, VBA, data links).
• Experience with business analytics and operations.
